PURPOSE:To improve a rotating property on the ground with a simple structure by interlockingly connecting the clutch of a front wheel side power transmitting system to brake devices which are separately provided on right and left rear wheels, and disconnecting said clutch when either of said brakes is operated. CONSTITUTION:Right and left front wheels 1, 1' and right and left rear wheels 6, 6' are connected to front and rear differential devices 5, 8 respectively, which, in turn, are connected to a hydraulic clutch 9. When either of pedals, e.g., only the L-side pedal of the hydraulic brake device of the right and left rear wheels 6, 6' is depressed, an L-side spool 11g is positioned in the dotted line position while an R-side spool 11'g is positioned in the solid line position. And, a pressure oil is made flow into an R-side valve 11' through an oil passage 18 and, further, into an L-side valve 11 through an oil passage 15. In this case, an oil passage 12 is opened by means of the L-side spool 11g, feeding the pressure oil to a hydraulic cylinder 9a to disconnect the clutch 9.
