PURPOSE:To certainly detect and separate an imperfect vacant bobbin from the bobbins in transport by installing the first and the second excluding devices which assort the bobbin having a rewound thread left and the bobbin having an entangled thread left and drop said bobbin, into a bobbin transport passage. CONSTITUTION:A guide 20 which holds a bobbin (b) in transport so as to be transferred at least to one side is installed along a transport passage T. Further, in said transport passage T, the first excluding device A (including optical sensor 29) which drops the bobbin from a guide 12, when the bobbin having the reusable thread left is detected and the second excluding device B (including optical sensor 35) which detects the bobbin which can not be used again and has an exceedingly small quantity of thread and drops the bobbin from the guide 12 are installed.
