PURPOSE:To narrow the mounting space and to reduce the man-hour for assembling by incorporating plural pairs of connector pins the other of each of which is connected to an output terminal and short-circuiting a selected pair of connector pins from the external. CONSTITUTION:Plural inductances 2 and plural capacitors 3 which are used to obtain a determined quantity of delay and plural pairs of female connector pins 5 are provided in a package 1. The package 1 are provided with windows so that short-circuit pins 11 can be inserted to pairs of connector pins 5 from above the package 1. Each of plural incorporated delay sections 4 has a determined quantity of delay, and they are cascaded successively from an input terminal. A pair of connector pins 5 are selected from plural pairs of connector pins 5 connected them, and this pair of connector pins 5 are short-circuited through windows 10 by the short-circuit pin 11, thereby obtaining easily a prescribed quantity of delay.
