<p>PURPOSE:To set up a chip select active level by a user after producing a read- only memory (ROM) by forming an input terminal for selecting the chip select active level. CONSTITUTION:The input terminal 8 for selecting the chip select active level is provided to the ROM having a chip select function. When the terminal 8 is set up to grounding potential or power supply potential, the level of a chip select signal obtained from a terminal 6' to control an internal control circuit 7' is determined by an OR gate 3' and NAND gates 4', 5'. Thereby, the user can set up the chip select active level after producing the ROM.</p> |
