<p>PURPOSE:To keep off any damage due to a collision of loads themselves, by installing a horizontal feed conveyor and a vertical feed conveyor orthogonal with the former, and controlling an up-and-down motion of the vertical feed conveyor with a signal detecting the presence of the load on each conveyor. CONSTITUTION:A load 1 loaded on a pallet 12 is fed to a delivery roller con veyor 18 by way of a carry-in part 10. When the load 1 runs past on a stopper 55, the stopper 55 is lifted by a detection signal out of a photoswitch PH3, whereby the incoming of the next load 1 is checked. When the load 1 is reached onto a delivery belt conveyor 19, a photoswitch PH1 emits a detection signal as well as when a fact that the load 1 does not exist on a feed conveyor 20 is confirmed by another photoswitch PH2, an air cylinder is extended longer and the delivery belt conveyor 19 goes upward. Therefore, the load 1 is conveyed toward the conveyor 20 and fed to the inside of a load housing box 2 in consecutive order via expansion conveyors 21 and 27.</p> |
