PRODUCTION OF MAGNETIC HEAD

摘要

PURPOSE:To eliminate the loosening between substrates and to improve yield in the stage of laminating plural sheets of two kinds of the substrates by adhering the substrates by melting and crystallizing of crystallized glass to form a laminated substrate. CONSTITUTION:Plural sheets of the 1st substrates formed with magnetic metallic layers on both sides of nonmagnetic substrates and the 2nd substrates formed with crystallized glass layers 3 in the uncrystal state on both sides of nonmagnetic substrates 2 are alternately laminated and are adhered by the melting and crystallizing of the crystallized glass to form the laminated substrate. Such laminated substrate is subjected to prescribed working to manufacture a magnetic head. The m.p. of the crystallized glass increases after the crystallization if such crystallized glass is used and therefore the loosening of the substrates as is heretofore observed in the stage of molding bond glass is obviated and the stable working is executed. The yield is thus improved.
