PURPOSE:To widen the variable range of the oscillated frequency, to stabilize the oscillation and to decrease the deviation of the center frequency of a solid- state resonance element by controlling the bias current of a main oscillation circuit in interlocking with the control of a variable bias current source of a varactor circuit. CONSTITUTION:The 3rd variable bias current source I4 is connected in parallel with a current source I1 of the main oscillation circuit 11. The current of the 3rd variable bias current source I4 is changed proportional to the current of the 1st bias current source I2 controlling variable the positive capacitance of the varactor circuit 13 to change a bias current of the main oscillation circuit 11. Thus, the bias current of the main oscillation circuit is reduced and the change in the real component of the oscillation current flowing to a ceramic resonator A is reduced.
