<p>PURPOSE:To effectively apply an engine brake by a decelerated condition and dissolve a speed change delay by detecting deceleration during decelerating travel and increasing and correcting the target values of the change gear ratio, speed change, etc. in response to deceleration. CONSTITUTION:For speed change control, signals Np, Ns, theta from sensors 41, 42, 44 are read in, the actual change gear ratio (i) is calculated by an actual change gear ratio calculating section 45 of a control unit 40 and the target change gear ratio is is calculated by an target change gear ratio retrieving section 46 respectively, then the speed change di/dt is calculated by a speed change calculating section 47 by using these values and a coefficient (k). In this case, during quick deceleration of a vehicle, quick deceleration G is detected by a deceleration detecting section 60 and is judged by a quick deceleration judging section 61. If quick deceleration is judged with G>G1, the target change gear radio is is increased and corrected by a correcting section 62. Thereby, the speed change di/dt value is increased, and a speed changer is quickly down- shifted in response to the rate of quick deceleration.</p> |
