PURPOSE:To perform the replenishment and supply of a magazine so accurately, by receiving an escape unit in separating it as far as a portion for one magazine from a magazine holder, and installing this magazine so as to make it shiftable to the specified position. CONSTITUTION:When a sensor 34 detects a fact that parts in a magazine 1 run out, an escape unit 43 moves to a position corresponding to the magazine 1 of a feed part 19, and transfers the magazine 1 in a magazine holder 3 onto the feed part 19, while it opens a chuck jaw 25 and houses the empty magazine 1 in a bucket 49. The number of empty magazines 1 inside this bucket 49 is counted by a photoswitch 60, and when the count reaches the specified number, the escape unit 43 moves, while these empty magazines 1 are housed in a rocking bucket 40. When the magazine 1 is supplied to the magazine holder 3, if an operator turns his hand to a spot proximate to the holder 3, the photoswitch judges it as magazine replebishment, so that it stops all operations of the escape unit.
