PURPOSE:To increase the magnetic permeability of an axis of easy magnetization and to decrease leak signals so as to remarkably improve reproducing efficiency by forming magnetic cores of an amorphous alloy having the Curie temp. lower than the crystallizing temp. and subjecting the same to a heat treatment in a magnetic field under prescribed conditions. CONSTITUTION:The magnetic cores 11, 15 in the lower part and upper part of a substrate 10 are formed of an amorphous magnetic Co-Nb-Zr alloy having the Curie temp. lower than the crystallizing temp. 450 deg.C which is slightly lower than the Curie temp. 480 deg.C of the magnetic amorphous alloy is selected as a heat treatment temp. and the alloy is subjected to the heat treatment for 30min in the magnetic field at said temp. The Curie temp. of the magnetic amorphous alloy is thus made lower than the crystal temp. and uniaxial anisotropy is provided thereto; in addition, the magnetic permeability in the direction of the axis of easy magnetization is increased by the heat treatment in the magnetic field. The magnetic flux of the leak signal from the magnetic path is thereby decreased and the reproducing efficiency is remarkably improved. |
