PURPOSE:To improve a color fading and to commonly use a delay element for removing a cross talk and a delay element for correcting color by providing a switch for changing over an APC input in a normal reproducing state and in a specific reproducing state, a switch for shorting an input and output of a 1H delay element or several H delay element and a switch for changing over the input and the output of the 1H delay element or the several H delay element in the normal reproducing state and in the specific reproducing state. CONSTITUTION:By providing the switches 37, 38, 40, 41, the input of the APC 36 is inputted during the normal reproduction, after the crosstalk is removed through comb line filters 39, 41. During the high speed reproduction, after the head is changed over so as to reduce the crosstalk, the comb line filters 39, 41 are placed outside an APC loop, the response of the APC is made fast, thereafter, the residual cross talk is removed by the comb line filter, with respect to the irregular color of several H intervals after the head is changed over the switch 41 is turned off, the 1H delay element 39 is passed through a color correction circuit 42 to correct the color, and thereafter outputted from the switch to commonly use the comb line filter and the delay element for correcting the color.
