PURPOSE:To aim at enhancing the operation of a pass book pay-out device, by providing a spoke such that when a closable stopper which is provided on the pay-out side of a loading area on which closed pass books are superposed and arranged is closed, the spoke may be inserted between the frontmost pass book and the next pass book to pay out pass books. CONSTITUTION:Pass books 2... which are superposed and arranged on a pass book loading bed 1, are held between a stopper 3 and a resilient pressing member 4. A spoke assembly 5 is arranged such that it may be inserted between the frontmost pass book 2 and the next pass book 2a. Further, the spoke assembly 5 is composed of an untiltable center spoke 5a and tiltable spoke sections 5b on both sides of the former. Further, when the spoke assembly 5 is inserted and the stopper 3 is opened, the spoke 5a supports the pass books subsequent to the next pass book 2a while the spokes 5b brings down the frontmost pass book 2 which is therefore conveyed by means of an upper conveyer roller 7 descending from above and a lower conveyer roller 6. Simultaneously, the stopper 3 is closed, and the spoke assembly 5 is pulled down. With this arrangement, the pay-out of the pass books can be made with the pass books being closed, and therefore, it is possible to enhance the operation ability of the pay-out device. |
