PURPOSE:To make working easy and cost lower by using cores formed by laminating thin magnetic metallic sheets for a recording and reproducing core and cores formed by bending thin metallic sheets for an erasing core and forming a slider of ceramics. CONSTITUTION:The U-shaped laminated cores 1a, 1b formed by laminating the thin 'Permalloy(R)' sheets A and thin nonmagnetic metallic sheets B on the outside thereof are used for the read-write core and a coil 1d is inserted therein. The erasing cores 2a, 2b are formed by bending the thin 'Permalloy(R)' sheets and a coil 2e is inserted therein. A pair of core holders 3a, 3b are formed of low-temp. calcined ceramics. Since the cores 1a, 1b, 2a, 2b can be formed by pressing and drawing, the working thereof is easy. The ceramics is produceable by injection and therefore, the mass production is possible and cost is reduced. |
