PURPOSE:To obtain the maximum speed condition with a simple operation by shiftably providing a passage for transmitting power from an engine to a load shaft via a transmission part and a passage for directly transmitting said power to said load shaft by bypassing said transmission part. CONSTITUTION:A first transmission passage B transmits transmission power from an engine E to a load shaft 31 via a transmission part A, while a second transmission passage C for overdrive transmits the power directly to the load shaft 31 by bypassing the transmission part A. A gear 34 is runningly fitted on the rear end of an input shaft 1 while a gear 36 which is interlocked with the gear 34 via an idle gear 35, is fixedly mounted on an output shaft 8, and a changeover clutch 37 is provided in between the input shaft 1 and a power transmission shaft 2. And, either of the transmission passages B, C can be selected by the shifting operation of the changeover clutch 37. Thereby, when the second transmission passage C is selected, the maximum speed condition which bypasses the transmission part A can be obtained.
