PURPOSE:To make a discharge part direction alterable, by rotating a step-stowed movable casing, and constituting it so as to perform a directional change of a horizontal discharge part and a twist of a vertical conveyor running in the casing, in case of the above-captioned device for tunneling work or the like. CONSTITUTION:A pair of flat belts 2 and 3 runs among a lower horizontal part 5, a vertical part and an upper horizontal part 4 by motors 8 and 9, and convey a conveyed work upward. And, movable casings 71-7n are rotated horizontally in both directions by gears 61 and 62 and a driving source 63, rotating the upper end horizontal part 4 as far as 180 deg. in both directions. With this constitution, plural movable casings 71-7n are rotated as far as the specified value in the specified direction, and when the upper horizontal part 4 is changed of its direction right and left, these conveyors 2 and 3 are also twisted with this directional change and hold a conveying function, conveying the conveyed work upward. With this constitution, a discharge direction is optionally settable.
