PURPOSE:To exhibit excellent adhesion, water repellency, lubricity, etc. when applied to various substrates, by blending a compd. having at least one polymerizable unsaturated group per molecule and an organopolysiloxane having specified reactive groups as main components. CONSTITUTION:0.001-1,000pts.wt. component B per 100pts.wt. component A is blended in such a proportion that they are compatible with each other at room temp. Component A is a compd. having at least one polymerizable unsaturated group per molecule. Component B is an organopolysiloxane of the formula [wherein R<1> is a 1-10C (substd.) monovalent hydrocarbon group having no polymerizable unsaturated group; X is a monovalent reactive group selected from among H, OH, OR<2> (wherein R<2> is a 1-6C hydrocarbon group); 0.5<=a<=2.0, 0.001<=b<=1.0 and 1.2<=a+b<=2.5] and/or a cocondensate of partial hydrolyzates of said compd. and a silicon compd. of the formula R<3>C-Si-Y4-C [wherein R<3> is H or a 1-10C (substd.) monovalent hydrocarbon group having no polymerizable unsaturated group; Y is a hydrolyzable group; c is 1 or 2].
