PURPOSE:To obtain a monitor circuit with an excellent characteristic while reducing the effect onto an output of a power amplifier by providing a window to an output coaxial line of a microwave power amplifier circuit, coupling a power monitor strip line and containing the monitor circuit to other case. CONSTITUTION:A microwave power amplifier circuit output is led to a coaxial line 27 and coupled to an external circuit by a coaxial plug 24. The coaxial line 27 has a throughhole to a case 32 and an inner conductor 30 and a support member 31 are inserted to the throughhole. A thin and long window 35 is opened to the outer wall of the said throughhole at the side containing a power monitor circuit, a coupling line 20 comprising the microstrip line is arranged near the window 35 and part of the power amplifier output is extracted. As a result, the effect on the power amplifier output by the insertion of the monitor circuit is small and the monitor circuit is contained in other case, then the monitor circuit is coupled with the power amplifier circuit through the window 35 only and the monitor circuit with flat frequency characteristic is constituted.
