This invention relates to a heating device which is placed in a shoe heel. As heat source, a combustion apparatus is devised. In the combustion apparatus, alcohol is burned to give off heat. A dry battery is placed in the combustion apparatus for ignition. Continuous burning is achieved by evaporation of alcohol. The generated heat is transmitted to the whole shoe through heatconducting plate. Heating is maintained for 7-8hrs. at a time.
