PURPOSE:To drive a piezoelectric motor by using a battery as a power source, by exciting a piezoelectric element by a switching element which is set intermittently to an active state, and a booster coil. CONSTITUTION:A reference signal 1 is brought to a clock input to a master- slave type flip-flop 2, and signals whose phases have been shifted by 90 deg. from each other are applied to AND gates 5, 6. Outputs of the AND gates 5, 6 are applied to bases of transistors 9, 10, respectively, and collector outputs are boosted to about 10 times of a power source by booster coils 7, 8. By applying this boosted voltage, piezoelectric elements 11, 12 are vibrated, and a motor is operated. |
