NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I [R<1> is lower alkyl; R<2> is nitrogen-containing heterocyclic group; R<3> is aryl, etc.; R<4> is esterified carboxyl; R<5> is lower alkyl; A is alkylene, alkyleneoxyalkylene, etc.; B is alkylene, alkenylene or direct bond; X is O or S, etc.; Y is O, S or vinylene; Z is O, S or alkylene) and a salt thereof. EXAMPLE:2, 6-Dimethyl-4-(3-nitrophenyl)-1, 4-dihydropyridine-3,5-dicarboxylic acid 3-[2-[(E)-3-[4-(pyridin-3-ylmethyl)phenyl]-2-methylallyloxy]ethyl]ester 5- isopropyl ester. USE:A vasodilator, hypotensive agent, antithrombotic agent, remedy for cerebral and cardiovascular disorder, etc. PREPARATION:A compound expressed by formula II is reacted with compounds expressed by formulas III and IV at 30-150 deg.C for 1-24hr to afford the aimed compound expressed by formula I. |
