PURPOSE:To execute a diagnose without detaching a package from a fitting frame, by connecting a start line of a diagnostic processing circuit and a display line of a result of diagnosis, to an idle terminal of an external connecting jack, and executing a start by a short circuit of the start line. CONSTITUTION:When setting a package 1 to a diagnostic mode, a diagnostic plug 16 of a jack 14 is inserted in a state that the package 1 remains installed to a fitting frame. As a result, each start line L3 of a diagnostic processing circuit 12 is short-circuited by a short circuit part 17, and the diagnostic processing circuit 12 is started. Also, the diagnostic processing circuit 12 transfers information for showing a result of diagnosis of a circuit to be diagnosed 11, to a diagnostic result pilot lamp through a display line L4. Accordingly, it is not required at all to detach the package from the fitting frame in order to set it to a diagnostic mode, and there is no possibility that an influence is exerted on other package which is installed to the same fitting frame.
