PURPOSE:To make a fire cracker welding rod applicable to welding in addition to a straight line by forming the welding rod formed by coating a flux around a welding core wire to a circular, arc or angular shape in conformity with the shape of a weld zone. CONSTITUTION:The fire cracker welding rod 3 has the coating layer 2 consisting of the flux around the core wire 1 consisting of a thoroughly softened material or twisted wire and is formed to the circular, arc or angular shape in conformity with the shape of the weld zone. Fire cracker welding is executed by using the welding rod 3 preliminarily formed to the circular shape in the case of subjecting the contact part of a joint 5 of a concrete pile and large-diameter joint 6 such as in site welding of the concrete pile 4 to fillet welding. The fire cracker welding rod is made extremely easily applicable to welding in addition to the straight light. |
