<p>PURPOSE:To contrive the optimum terminal configuration of a read-only memory by dividing a memory area by predetermined addresses to designate output terminals at every devided unit. CONSTITUTION:An address corresponding to a memory area can be altered by varying a connecting point 8 with a word line for selecting the block of the memory area. When the work line W0 is selected, the contents of the memory areas 00-07 are output to output terminals Y0-Y7. Similarly, memory areas 10-17 are output with a word line W1, memory areas 20-27 are output with a word line W2, memory areas 30-37 are output with a word line W3 to output terminals Y0-Y7. Thus, the output bit configuration responsive to the mode of the stored data of an ROM can be efficiently formed.</p> |
