PURPOSE:To decrease generation of scars, by making spacers from ceramic materials so as to remarkably reduce friction to electrode parts made of SUS material. CONSTITUTION:Respective parts 1-7 and 9-11 are assembled into a beading jig for positioning, beaded with a beading glass 8, and then respective spacers 9-11 for setting each electrode part distance are drawn off. In this case, a friction coefficient between the SUS material-made electrode parts 4-7 and the spacers 9-11 is 0.38 when the spacers 9-11 are made of tool steel as before, on the other hand, it becomes 0.2, which is about half or less small, when they are made of ceramic materials. Therefore, causes for generation of scars is decreased to half or less.
