PURPOSE:To realize many kinds of modes by providing a constant delay time between the operation of the 1st stroke switch which controls the start of a photographic preparation sequence and the operation of the 2nd stroke switch which controls the releasing operation of a camera actually. CONSTITUTION:The 1st stroke switch which controls the start of exposure light measurement of the camera and other photographic preparation sequences and the 2nd stroke switch which controls the releasing operation of the camera actually are provided and a device is provided which generates a signal for operating the 1st stroke switch after light signal reception and then generates a release signal for operating the 2nd stroke switch. Consequently, a remote control unit for the camera whose photographic area is widened is constituted.
