PURPOSE:To easily measure a difference of the sensitivity ratio to a color signal of each picture element of a color image sensor, by providing color filters of plural colors between a light source and an image sensor, and moving selectively a position of this color filter. CONSTITUTION:With respect to a color image sensor 4 which becomes a sample, plural color filters 3 are provided between a light source 1 for irradiating a light beam and the image sensor 4. By moving a position of this color filter 3 selectively through an endless belt 7 by a driving circuit 9 and a motor 8, a light beam of a specified color is irradiated onto the image sensor 4. An output signal obtained from the image sensor 4 is amplified by an analog signal processing circuit 11, A/D-converted, and thereafter, sent to a control circuit 12. This control circuit 12 executes a measurement processing of a sensitivity distribution to a specified color of the image sensor 4.
