It is made up of a movable and vertical central upright 6 which is positioned by fitting into concrete bases 1 at sites, in the stadium, which are chosen in advance. In this upright, a vertical cylindrical slide 11 rises or descends according to the indexing of a pin 14 which traverses it perpendicularly and which bears on the upper face of the central upright.
