PURPOSE:To mount the center core of a magnetic sheet to a drive shaft surely by pressing the center core of the magnetic sheet to the rotary drive shaft and holding off a center core pressing member to the non-contact position with the center core of the magnetic sheet at the recording or reproducing position. CONSTITUTION:When a slider 26 is moved from the position of a backet 27 and the backet 27 descends toward a support plate 24, the pressing pin 92 of a pressing lever 88 of a regulating plate 63 presses the center core pressing member 80, which is turned clockwise around the shaft 82 thereby pressing the center core 14 of the magnetic sheet pack 10 in the backet 27 toward the drive shaft 32. When the slider 26 is moved, the pressing lever 88 is turned clockwise around the shaft 90 and the pressing pin 92 is removed from the upper face of the core pushing member 80. The center core pushing member 80 is restored by the energizing force of a spring 84 and stops at a position abutted into contact by a stopper 86. The member is parted from the center core 14 and the magnetic recording/reproduction is applied in this state.
