MAGNETIC DISC RECORDING AND REPRODUCING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To reduce number of components and to attain low cost by locking a cylindrical cam shaft made of a metallic material to both side faces of a holder. CONSTITUTION:A locking piece 16 to suspend a spring 15 is formed to the center of both side faces of the holder 11, the other end of the spring 15 is tensed to a locking piece 18 of a chassis 17 to tense the holder 11 toward the chassis 17 at all times. The loading mechanism is formed to the upper ridge at both right/left ends of the chassis 17 by two guide projections formed with a guide slot 19a meshing with a cam shaft 23 of the holder 11 and two cam plates 20, 21 sliding forward/backward together to the chassis 17. A slot cam 20a meshing with the cam shaft 23 is formed to the front cam plate 20 and a slot cam 21a meshing with the cam shaft 23 having the same shape as that of the slot cam 20 of the front cam plate 20 is formed to a rear cam plate 21 respectively.
