This urban furniture consists of the mutual fastening, around an electric lamp-post or a post 1, of two plates 2 each comprising three support panels for advertising announcements 3. Between these two plates 2, on either side of the lamp-post or support 1, are inserted two waste-bins 4 whose lower part is equipped with a support foot 5 which has a base wide enough to be able to be fastened to the ground. Two planters 10 are placed on the two bases formed by the angles of the lower parts 8 and of the upper parts 9 of the two plates 2. A waste-basket 13 intended for collecting old newspapers is arranged in front of the waste-bin 4. This urban furniture, intended for the commercial exploitation of its six supports 3 for advertising displays, is provided in order to be placed on all thoroughfares having a high density of pedestrian traffic. <IMAGE>
