PURPOSE:To constitute a remote controller for the control of an ON signal and an OFF signal simply and at a low cost by inverting an output when a signal is received respectively in a remote control transmitter and a remote control receiver having the first and the second oscillation frequencies, and changing a tuning frequency. CONSTITUTION:A transmitter transits the first oscillation frequency f1 consisting of resistors 3 and 5, and a capacitor 7 when a button 14 is depressed, and when a button 15 is depressed, it transmits the second frequency f2 consisting of the resistors 3 and 6, and the capacitor 7. When a power source is thrown in to a receiver, the Q output of a flip-flop IC34 becomes L with a reset circuit, and a relay 38 is turned off, and an object to be controlled is also turned off, and a resonance circuit in a tuning amplifier part is connected to a capacitor 24 side, and the waiting state of an ON signal f1 is generated. When the ON signal is obtained, the flip-flop IC34 is inverted, and the relay 38 is turned on, and also, the tuning amplifier part is connected to a capacitor 25 side, and a tuning circuit which makes the tuning with an OFF signal f2 is formed.
