PURPOSE:To remarkably improve the productivity and to improve the quality by mounting a coil formed after being split so as to surround a magnetic circuit forming a core and connecting the split parts. CONSTITUTION:The coil 7 is formed on a base 9 having a throughhole 8 at, e.g., the center by a print means. In this case, the coil 7 and the base 9 are formed at the split parts 10 into semi-circular coil members 7a, 7b, they are mounted around the I core 2 and then connected and incorporated. Thus, after the coil members 7a, 7b are connected via the split parts 10, the magnetic circuit having a magnetic gap 4 is formed.
