PURPOSE:To obtain a toner superior in physical and chemical characteristics by incorporating a polymer polymerized in the presence of a wax component containing an electrification controller in advance. CONSTITUTION:The toner is prepared by polymerizing diol and dicarboxylic acid in the presence of the wax, such as low molecular weight polyethylene or polypropylene, containing the electrification controller dispersed in advance, and using the obtained polyester, thus permitting said controller to be remarkably improved in compatibility with the polyester, the wax component and the polyester to be sufficiently dispersed into each other, and the obtained toner to be extremely uniform and stable in electrifiability, superior in offset resistance, and to form a sharp image free from fogging. |
