The subject of the invention relates to the technical sector of means for dispensing lengths of materials wound on reels. The apparatus comprises a complementary device disposed on the side of the releasing cam and opposite the output cam of the cutting blade, the said complementary device comprising a guide which is attached or directly formed during the moulding on the flange of the casing facing the lateral wall of the drum and a fixed roller being mounted on the blade-holder, in an externally projecting manner, in order to follow the profile of the guide and to allow the retraction of the cutting blade into the drum after the cutting operation. <IMAGE> |
