发明名称 HEAT TRANSFER PIPE
摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to hold a liquid coolant in minute grooves to improve the heat transfer performance of the titled heat transfer pipe and to uniformly branch the liquid coolant by integrally laminating flat outer wall members provided with minute grooves, on both surfaces of each of a plurality of flat flow path members provided with a plurality of slits used as coolant flowpaths. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of slits 13 are provided in flowpath members 12 in parallel to each other. Raised portions 14 communicating the plurality of slits 13 of the flowpath member 12 with each other and constituting a coolant inlet and outlet port pipe 15, are provided on an outer wall portion. Further, a plurality of minute grooves 17 are provided in parallel to the coolant flowpaths of the slits. Three members 12 and 14 are integrally laminated to constitute a flat heat transfer pipe 11. Since a liquid coolant 18 flows by the effect of the surface tension while being held within the minute grooves 17, the evaporation heat transfer is improved and the heat transfer performance is remarkably improved. Further, the minute grooves 17 are of two, gas liquid, phases, and even when the liquid coolant flowing into the raised portions is divided into a plurality of flowpaths formed in the slits, the liquid coolant is held in respective minute grooves 17. Thus, the heat transfer performance is improved in view of this respect.
