PURPOSE:To enable the titled method to execute the titled setting highly precisely without melt loss in the circumference, by a method wherein a heating nut is pressed in an insert hole of a molded material by making use of a specific holding member and synthetic resin on the circumference is softened by a potential quantity of heat of the heating nut. CONSTITUTION:A holding member 3 or 3a in a rotary shaft 21 of a jig 2 is inserted to a female threaded hole 1a of a heated nut 1 and pressed in a insert hole 4a of a synthetic resin molded member 4. As a spiral knurling tool 14 turns a rotary shaft 2 and the nut 1 and rotary shaft 21 are turned unitarily, the nut 1 comes into a state wherein the nut 1 is screwed in to the molded member 4 by the knurling tool 14. When a heat-resisting synthetic material is used as the holding member 3, appropriate positioning of the nut 1 is obtained always with little transfer of a quantity of heat of the nut 1 to a rotary shaft 2 part and no softening of the top surface of the insert hole 4a which is composed of a synthetic-resinous material. Well regulated fixation of the setting is obtained in a necessary period of 4-8sec and a protrusion and rise of the resin hardly occur.
