PURPOSE:To perform a magnetization without positional deviation of the mag netic pole on both the inner and outer circumferential surfaces by a method wherein a circular arc-shaped groove is formed in the center of the radial mag netic pole part formed by dividing an annular yoke with a plurality of magnetic pole dividing grooves, a winding for excitation is inserted into the innermost part of the groove, and the material to be magnetized is inserted into the outer part of the groove. CONSTITUTION:In a magnetizing device 1, four magnetic pole parts 1-2 are magnetically separated by magnetic pole dividing grooves 1-3, while the innermost part of the grooves 1-3 is filled up with a filler 3 leaving a space 1-5 wherein a permanent magnet, which is the material to be magnetized, is inserted. The adjoining magnetic pole parts 1-2 are mechanically fixed each other. In circular arc-shaped wiring inserting groove 1-4 having the space 1-5 which becomes a part of the groove 1-4, a winding 2 to be used to supply power is inserted in the innermost part of the groove 1-4 in such a manner that it is wound around the magnetic pole parts 1-2. Besides, a filling material 3 is filled up so that the winding 2 can be mechanically and electrically insulated and isolated. |
