The device comprises a lever 16 which is articulated on the body about a pivot 17 having an axis perpendicular to the direction of advance of the object 2, this lever interacting with elastic means 21 for return to an active deployed position and with stop means 22 defining this position, the lever carrying both means 18, 19 for stopping and expulsion of the object 2 and means 20 for imparting the pivoting movement to this object after or during expulsion.
