PURPOSE:To eliminate a subjective decision in an extracting process by extracting a spike signal, based on a numerical processing. CONSTITUTION:By a data load means 101, a digital signal is stored in a memory area 21, and by a moving average means 102, a moving average value is calculated from the data of the area 21 and stored in the array of an area 22. Subsequently, by a data extracting means 103, 100% is set to the element of a memory area 23 corresponding to an element for storing the data of the maximum value in the array of the area 22, and by a percentage arithmetic means 104, the percentage of an mean value on the area 22 is calculated by setting the maximum value of the mean value as 100%, and set to the element of the area 23 corresponding to the element of the area 22. Next, by a threshold deciding means 105, all the elements of the area 23 and a threshold are compared, and by a flag setting means 106, a flag 1 is set to a value which exceeds the threshold level. Subsequently, by a flag correcting means 108, a data for showing the highest value of the values which exceed the threshold is set as a spike part, and other flags are all corrected to '0'. Accordingly, a spike signal is extracted by only a numerical processing, and a subjective decision in the extracting process is eliminated.
