PURPOSE:To prevent the reduction phenomenon of the measure of an insulating material and to prevent the dislocation of a work by fitting the insulating material which insulates the robot arm of a work to the inside of an insulating means so that no stress due to the external force is applied. CONSTITUTION:The space between the opposing faces of a base plate 8 and a hand fitting block 9 is insulated by the 1st insulating material 6, in the robot device for industrial use equipped with an insulating block 5. The flange 11 at the robot arm side and the flange 12 at the hand device side are held in an insulated state because of the space between the base plate 8 and a holder 10 being insulated by the 2nd insulating material 7. Consequently, the 1st and 2nd insulating materials 6, 7 hardly have the reduction ion in measure according to the secular change due to no such an external force as fastening force being applied and no dislocation of the work is caused.
