PURPOSE:To improve workability and to safely assure the quality of a product by continuously forming core print parts consisting of low-strength structural parts having the flexural rigidity lower than that of the other parts between the plural shape parts for providing desired shapes to a casting. CONSTITUTION:A core 3 is positioned and housed in master molds 1, 2 in such a manner that the shape parts 7a-7e are positioned in the parts for forming the hollow parts of journals and that the core print parts 8a-8d are positioned in the core print rest parts between the parts for forming the hollow parts of the journals; thereafter a molten meal is poured into a cavity 6. Annular grooves 9a-9d are formed to the outside circumferences of the parts 8a-8d so that the core 3 is broken first when undue stress is exerted to the core 3. The quality of the casting is safely assured by such structure.
