PURPOSE:To make the energy of laser light uniform and to improve the accuracy of processing by providing an output modulator which is inputted with a moving command speed of a laser beam head and outputs a signal to increase the laser output with an increase in the command speed to a laser oscillator to a laser beam machine. CONSTITUTION:The laser output modulator is momentarily inputted with the moving command speed for moving the laser beam head 16 and outputs the signal to change the intensity of the laser light according to said speed to the laser oscillator 1. The output characteristic in this stage is the characteristic to increase with an increase in the moving speed of the laser beam head 16. The laser oscillator 1, therefore, changes the intensity of the laser light according to the moving speed of the laser beam head 16 so that the irradiation energy of the laser light is made uniform. |
