<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a noise due to the switching of a recording current by dividing the n-set of gate circuits into m-set (m<n) of groups, giving an enable signal to them sequentially so as to turn on/off each switch circuit sequentially. CONSTITUTION:An external enable signal 14a inputted serially to an enable signal terminal 14 is outputted to a shift register 300 in parallel as internal enable signals 701-716, and, e.g., the internal enable signal 701 is inputted as the enable signal of two gate circuits, e.g., circuits 401, 402 respectively thereby controlling independently each two of switch circuits 501-532. An external enable signal 14a is inputted serially to the shift register 300 by a clock signal 12a connected in common with a picture signal 11a and each output is outputted in parallel as the internal enable signals 701-716 with the shift of one clock period.</p> |
