PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a strong force for stripping and to uniformly and accurately supply toner into a developing device by slanting a separation part to an axial direction. CONSTITUTION:When a cartridge type paper cylinder 5 which contains magnetic toner 1 is guided as shown by an arrow A and the hole part 11 of the reinforcing paper 10 of a seal material 7 formed on the cartridge type paper cylinder 5 is guided to a positioning pin 32 at the same tie, engagement parts 29 of flanges 8 at both ends of the cartridge type paper cylinder 5 are guided to engagement members to put the cartridge type paper cylinder 5 in a storage part 30. Here, when the opening/closing lid 12 of the developing device 2 is closed as shown by an arrow B, links 3 at both ends of the opening/closing lid 12 rotate the cartridge type paper cylinder 5 which engages the engagement members as shown by an arrow C and the seal material 7 is separated from its pasted part 28 according to C-directional rotation because one end of the seal material 7 is held by the positioning pin 32, so that a pentagonal cut part 9 is exposed gradually from its toner of the front end firstly. Consequently, the stripping force may be a light force and the toner is supplied to a developing device 2 from the top.
