PURPOSE:To detect the malfunction prior to the stepping-out and make it possible to excite an alarm by operating and displaying the torque and the inside phase differential angle so as to make the operating condition visible and so as to be able to perform the optimal operational handling to match the load. CONSTITUTION:The control unit PC is a microcomputer, with which the torque and the inside phase differential angle of the synchronous motor SM are calculated from the voltage signal V 1 outputted from the voltage converter V-TD, the reactive power signal Q 1 outputted from the reactive power converter VAR-TD and the field magnetic current signal I f 1 outputted from the field magnetic current converter I f-TD. The result of calculation is displayed on the displaying device PD and it detects the malfunction of the synchronous motor SM, when the buzzer BZ rumbles. On the other hand, the control unit PC outputs excitation reinforcing signal Fm to the exciter RF. |
