The invention relates to a device for producing permanent-magnet useful energy, having at least two permanent magnet pairs which are supported in a fixed position at a distance from one another in a like-pole arrangement with an air gap, and at least two further permanent magnet pairs, which are not in fixed positions but are likewise in a like-pole arrangement with an air gap. Supported rotatably in a housing 2 is a rotation body 3 on whose end sections 4, 37 permanent magnets 6 are arranged on one side, which project beyond the rotation body 3. These permanent magnets 6 can in each case be brought into magnetic effective engagement with a further permanent magnet 7 which is supported in a positively guided manner on a pivoting lever 9, by means of a control ring 8 which is connected to the rotation body 3. The pivoting lever 9 is supported such that it can pivot on a retaining arm 10 which is connected to the housing 2. (Fig. 1). <IMAGE>
