The circuit arrangement according to the invention contains a first coupling device for connecting the operating interfaces assigned to the telephone stations to the common videotex control unit and a second coupling device via which the video signal generated by the videotex control unit is switched to the videotex devices. The two coupling devices can optionally be switched independently from one another so that existing videotex connections can be forwarded from one telephone station to another, the telephone station forwarding a videotex connection being able either to be totally disconnected or to continue to participate in the videotex connection.
