摘要 PURPOSE:To distributively dispense liquid at prescribed concn. by specifying the amt. of the liquid to be sucked into a probe to the amt. corresponding to the sum of an excess component, substantial dispensing component and waste component. CONSTITUTION:The sample 22 is sucked into the probe 23 while the sample is separated from a cleaning liquid 28 by an air layer 33. The content of the sample 22 includes the waste sample 22-1, substantial dispensing sample 22-2, and excess sample 22-3. The sample 22-1 is discharged prior to the distributive dispensing to reaction tubes to prevent the change in the amt. of the liquid to be dispensed by the difference in the sticking state of the sample 22-2 to the tip of the probe 23 between the stage when the probe 23 is pulled from a sample cup and the stage when the sample 22-2 is discharged. The sample 22-3 prevents the deterioration of dispensing accuracy by the splashing of the sample 22-2 by the discharge of the air layer 33 in the final discharging stage of the sample 22-2 or the sagging and remaining of the sample 22-2 at the tip of the probe 23. The sample 22-2 is thus distributively dispensed at the prescribed concn. to the plural reaction tubes by sucking the amt. corresponding to the sum of the excess component, the substantial dispensing component and the waste component as the amt. of the liquid to be sucked.
