<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the manufacture of a working equipment by connecting a driving horn squarely to the center of a disc-shaped tool horn to form chips projected at the vibration loop position point on the opposite surface and at the portion of a pedestral corresponding thereto. CONSTITUTION:A driving horn 7 is connected squarely to the center of a disc- shaped tool horn 6 to apply longitudinal vibration thereto, a circular deflecting vibration is generated. So, when chips 5 are formed projected circularly at the position point 8 of the loop, namely, side of the deflecting vibration, the longitudinal vibration of the driving horn 7 can be utilized most efficiently. Thus, the proper selection of the thickness and diameter of the tool horn 6 and the frequency of the vibration enables the forming of a working equipment at a low cost which permits the formation of a fusing surface of large single, double and triple circles on the plastics and a spot caulking on the plastics in one process.</p> |
