PURPOSE:To secure a stable oscillation function by providing capacitors for feedback and lead terminals, which are connected electrically to the other electrodes of these capacitors, together with a pair of lead terminals of a crystal resonator body as one body. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic subplate 3 is attached and adhered onto a plate 2 consisting of insulating materials which is pierced by a pair of lead terminals X1 and X2 of a crystal resonator body 1 and fixes them. Two plate-shaped capacitors C1 and C2 have respective pairs of electrodes connected electrically to conductors 4a and 4b adjacent to each other and conductors 4b and 4c adjacent to each other and are adhered between conductors 4a and 4b and conductors 4b and 4c. Since wiring distances among capacitors C1 and C2, lead terminals X1 and X2, and GND are shortened as much as possible by this constitution, the inductance component and the reactance component can be ignored to stabilize the oscillation capacity of an oscillating circuit, and it is unnecessary to take the layout of the oscillating circuit into consideration.
